FINALIST: Helping GBV Victims On Their Road To Recovery.

Ronewa Mudau is the founder and CEO of Fixing a Sister’s Crown and Livrons Enterprise. She began as a domestic worker and later started her own cleaning company.

Fixing a Sister’s Crown is an NPO, established in 2023. They help women and children who are victims of GBV. This cause resonates deeply with Ronewa.

Poverty is a major factor of GBV, and FaSC focuses on informal settlements. Food parcels, toiletries, school uniforms and items that have been ascertained as necessary are gathered and distributed.

Expert psychological assistance is sourced to help victims on their road to recovery. They are trained as certified housekeepers and cleaners giving them a better chance for employment. Livrons Enterprise also offers employment opportunities.

Ronewa was a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year category in the 2023 Woman of Stature Awards, South Africa. She was also awarded Woman of the Year 2023 in the Women Lifestyle Network Awards.
