Establishing the DO MORE FOUNDATION as a separate entity marked a conscious shift in the organisation’s approach to sustainable community development in South Africa. Shifting from sponsoring projects to catalysing lasting change through collaboration, this “CSI unusual” approach has increased social impact through partnerships and optimised financial contributions.

Warren Farrer is the CEO of the DO MORE FOUNDATION, a role within which he discovered his passion and purpose. He was instrumental in establishing the Foundation in 2017 while heading up RCL FOODS’ CSI and today remains RCL FOODS’ CSI Executive. Warren has been with the company for 20 years, before which he had an impressive marketing career with blue-chip companies.

Warren leads a highly skilled team that drives collaboration with the public, private and non-profit sectors. The Foundation focuses on creating better tomorrows for the young children of South Africa through partnerships. With each of us doing that little MORE, together We Grow What Matters.
